I have this problem more when I eat "gassy" veggies like cabbage or broccoli, also if I eat beans too much. YUM taco salad last night, but my poor husband.

biggerbras.com is a pretty good website. I have had success with ordering from them. They have great sizing charts so you know what to order for each brand and the prices are not as bad as they could be. They also do have smaller sizes too.

This is what happened to me as well. I had lost 26 pounds quite easily, started exercising 5 days/week and suddenly no weight loss for a month. Now I lost again (2.5 pounds) and hopefully it will continue.

I am currently doing the 30 DS, I started Oct 20th. I love it. I haven't lost 20 pounds, though it's been a month. What I have lost is tonnes of inches. I have to say with kids, if the gym allows food in then I don't think it can be monitored where it comes from. I have a daughter who is in food therapy and if we have to buy food while we are out, then chicken nuggets and fries are our only options, a sshe won't eat anything else from a resteraunt. tonight my hubby handed me his sweatshirt to wear and I said it won't fit, please get mine. He said try it. I did and IT FIT!!!! Comfortably even, not even tight. I am so excited. He is still smaller than me, but I am getting there!

I want to make this soup so I can eat it when I need a snack, but have no calories left. Or as an appetizer before I go out or before a big dinner. Fill me up with out the calories! I don't think I could live on it for a week even with the fruit/veg/ect!

I like to add pineapple to my salad and then I rarely need dressing. ALso I will sometimes substitute cottage cheese for dressing.
