I put my stats in and checked the 5 week goal that MFP sets compared to this goal. It says I would meet the 5 week MFP goal in 4 weeks. Either way i'm happy if I get there in 4 or 5 weeks!

I lost 2 pounds in the entire month of October, I know how it feels! I even started exercising half way through the month. However, I know that I feel better and am getting healthier even if the scale doesn't say anything!

I am so glad I am not the only one this happened to! I measured several times to make sure I was measuring right. I also was thinking I want the weight, not the # of chips. It makes me wonder if the weight on the bag is right!

Spanx are slimming underwear. The ones I have go up to under your bust and over your thighs. They make lots of different styles though. Mine are actually body wrap brand sold at Addition Elle here in Canada. They're about $20 cheaper than the Spanx and fit me better (I have a very long back).

I went to Boston Pizza and had my favourite salad-Crispy Chicken Pecan! So delicious. However, I ordered it with grilled chicken so that saved me about 400 calories. Still I found out after I went that it was an 800 calorie salad! AHHHHH!!

You must be from SK like me! I have taken to doing the 30 Day Shred in my living room for the last week and a half. It's too cold to go out and walk anymore! (Though I make my kids walk to school most mornings!) Maybe a work out video will help.
