Lunch always depends on what is handy. I love kale-protein smoothies best though. I also like cottage cheese and hard boiled eggs with a bit of meat. Next week I'm doing the Nutrisystem starter pack for 5 days, just to see (and I know I won't have a lot of time, so it will be handy.).

YES! In the winter I did this and had a nice chocolate mocha or vanilla coffee... it was a little foamy on the top, but I can get through that. I pretended I get protein packed starbucks every morning :) I loved it. I also make iced coffees with the protein shake.

I weigh daily. I log my daily weight on a calendar by the scale, and report it to MFP on Tuesdays... weighing daily keeps me honest with myself... and I can see the trend of not drinking enough water, drinking too much booze, etc.
