My hair is pretty thin. If it gets too long its super thin. If I don't wash it every day, it looks wet its so oily, and its absolutely gross... so I wash it every day. EVERY. DAY. I've tried dry shampoos, and it didn't do anything for my hair oil-wise. I tend to switch up shampoos, but haven't found anything particularly…

Try Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home videos. They're great!

No, I wouldn't. I haven't, I should say. My husband (God bless his heart) loves and cares for me no matter what, which is proven by the fact that he married me at my absolute fattest... but I'd honestly be offended if he didn't think I was cuter after losing 50 pounds. It's a lot of work to lose that much weight, it's nice…

You can cook it in the microwave. You have to poke a bunch of holes in it (I use a meat thermometer, but anything that pierces works). Put in a dish to catch the juices, then put in in the microwave on high for ten minutes. After it's done, leave it in the microwave for another five minutes to finissh cooking. When it's…

Yep, weekends can be a mess. Like a lot of people on here, I allow myself some wiggle room. I generally exercise entirely more on weekends, and log EVERYTHING. I also have made my weekly weigh-ins on Mondays, which always is there in the back of my mind.

I cook a spaghetti squash in the microwave, and while it's microwaving I cook up an Al Fresco chicken sausage (asiago and red pepper or roasted garlic are my favorites) with some roasted red pepper from a can. Sometimes I mix in some Ragu or similar tomato sauce, sometimes I skip it. There's also the old stand bys: tuna…

On demand workouts, a couple of workout DVDs, an aerobic step, and a couple of weights... that with lots and lots of walking and calorie counting and I'm down 24.5 lbs. since January 9th.

I'm a former preschool teacher, and I guess it shows. I have a sticker chart on my refrigerator. With every five pounds, I get another sticker. It's great to see every time I got to the fridge. Then again, I'm kind of eternally five years old.

If I need a sweet at work (generally when my co-workers surround my centrally-located cube with home-baked delicious awfulness), I usually go with a diet or sugar-free Swiss Miss hot cocoa. At night, I love the Jell-O Sugar Free Double Chocolate pudding, or any Skinny Cow/Weight Watchers ice cream.

http://www.ironrichfood.org This site breaks lists of high-iron foods down into sub-groups (like nuts and seeds and vegetables). Hope it helps!

I've never been a morning person, then I went and married a bartender... that didn't help. I have, however, found that I kind of love working out in the morning -- nothing crazy, just a half-hour cardio kickboxing tape more often than not. If I do, I have more energy during the day, and I don't HAVE to work out in the…

I drink out of a large cup with a straw at work (it's 20 oz. or so.) I find that even at home, I drink more water when I'm drinking through a straw. It's totally silly, but it works for me.

I was 23 when we got engaged. We had been together for 3.5 years or so. I was 25 when we got married. We are still together; we've been married for about 6 months now. My husband was 29 when we got engaged, and 30 (just barely not 31) when we got married.

At our Super Bowl party, we did the best we could to serve normal-ish food that wouldn't totally ruin our day. Skinnytaste.com has a spinach dip recipe that is super yummy and not terrible (especiially if you dip carrot/celery sticks rather than chips, but you could have chips for others). There's also a decent baked…

I'm the opposite of an early riser. I've never been much of a morning person, and then I went and married a bartender. If I want to see him ever, I'm looking at an 11:30 or later bed time. Luckily, my work offers very flexible hours, so I'm able to work around this. I get up at 7:30 to do a half-hour kickboxing video…

Similar story here. He was my brother's best friend in high school (they are 5 years older than I am). We made out at my brother and sister-in-law's joint bachelor/bachelorette weekend, and the rest is history. We got married this past fall. <3 :)

 I had the same realization myself. I opened the desk at work in which I keep all of my medicine-like stuff for some hand lotion the other day, and realized that I hadn't broken out my Tums OR my Advil. It's a great feeling, but I definitely kind of felt like a jerk at the same time. Why didn't it occur to me that…
