  • I totally agree with this! Try getting some whey protein powder and making your own if that is what you want. It is very easy with some frozen berries and just water!
  • Thank you for the encouragement! The metabolism testing is one of the first things I am going to ask to have done.
  • Finally someone in the same boat! I posted on a thread someone else started about weight gain and I have had not so nice things posted towards me. Too the point of wanting to delete my account. I have given up trying to figure this out I am so stressed out it is probably not helping. Most of the advice that people give you…
  • thank you for the tips. I am going to see a nutritionist soon, I have thought about less cardio but have not reduce it yet. I am going to stay with what I am doing till I see the nutritionist.
  • @ MaximalLife You have had great success with your weight loss, I hope that you never have to experience the kind of plateau that I have been on since Sept. • I seen on the TV show Hungry Girl a recipe for chocolate cake balls. Use one box Devil food cake mix and one small can pumpkin. That is all!! Use an ice cream scoop to measure into a cupcake pan lined with papers. I made them and they were great!!
  • I really wondered that myself, with my exercise it says I should be eating over 2000 calories and I just don't see how I am going to lose weight doing that!!
  • use applesauce in place of the fat
  • I wear a pedometer that calulates calories, but it does not always calculate all the intensity.
  • WOW What a great job you have accomplished. I have never been very good at journaling. I try to stay between 1200 to 1500 calories a day because of the exercise amounts, I tried eating less and I ended up feeling light headed in the afternoons. Since finding this site this week I have been very consistent with the…
