  • I started at a size 22 (251 lbs). I have lost 17 pounds and had to buy a new pair of jeans because my old ones got a hole in them. Imagine my surprise when I was able to buy a size 18. They are actually a little loose in the waist but I have to have that size because of my hips.
  • I made some last night that were pretty good. I browned them in a little olive oil then put in a 9 x 13 pan and poured black bean and corn salsa over the top. Baked them covered with aluminum foil at 350 for about 40 minutes. Mine were very thick. They turned out Great!
