Have you ever tried these with sugar free jello powder? You wash the grapes and leave them a little wet then put in ziplock bag with flavor of your choice jello powder. Shake them up good then freeze on a cookie sheet. once frozen they go in a ziplock bag in freezer. grab as you want. They taste like jolly ranchers. My…

I use mine a lot for shredded chicken. Also, great for spaghetti squash or butternut squash. Risotto is soo easy to make in it and very good.

Forgot to add...It is awesome for spaghetti squash or butternut squash too. Put them in whole and pressure cook for a short time then cut them. No need to hassle trying to cut them in half and cut your finger off!

I absolutely love mine. I have had it for over a year now and use it at least two times a week (sometimes 5). I make yogurt, shredded chicken, hard boiled eggs, soups, stews, risotto, cheesecake, and many other things in it. You do have to learn that not everything is good in the Instant pot. I would never cook whole…

Instant Pot! I use it at least 3 times a week if not 7...LOL. I make a gallon of yogurt just about every week in it. Plus all sorts of beans and I have different kinds of cooked shredded chicken ready for soups or other dishes. Can you tell I LOVE my instant pot?

Cream of mushroom soup is easy to make yourself and you can limit the sodium GREATLY! There is even a mix that you can make for any time you need "cream of" soups then just make what you need. I would try that and also get the tuna with the lowest amount of sodium. Whole wheat pasta would help too.

MMMM! I made this tonight with turkey bacon. Served it with baked salmon and it was a GREAT dinner. Even the kids (all 5 of them) at it and my husband came back and got the last one. At the very end of baking I sprinkled just a touch of fresh parmesan cheese on it. This will be my new way to get different veggies in my…

Yep, I logged pretty accurately I think so far. I have not added the dessert yet but am still under my goal by around 350 calories. I won't be eating dinner tonight(too full) so I think I will do pretty well and I did enjoy my late lunch. We just had hubby, 5 kids and I here and one was not eating since she had…

I just tried something I found on Pinterest last week. I used a 100 calorie sandwich thin with a little peanut butter but instead of jelly you use pomegranate seeds. OMG....It was soo good. I don't like peanut butter and jelly but the pomegranate is awesome!

I took topamax for headaches for a short time and had to stop because of the awful side effects. I believe that the topamax really messed with my memory. When taking it I could not do anything. Just like verapamil said, it is definitely NOT worth it to me. Just be careful with it....the effects are long term. I still have…

The rides were GREAT! The new coaster "Wild Eagle" is awesome. We are headed to Disney in August and I want to lose another 28 pounds before that trip. That will put me under 200.
