When I had extra 53 Kg I had the feeling that people were looking me as a total loser. I went around and changed that, at least now I know that I can do anything if I put my mind into it.

Welcome. You can add me if you want :)

I added you Q)

Another thing you can do is to set a day of the week (example Sunday) as a ''stretch day''. Just stretch everything for some minutes, I promise it will help you.

I know that feeling. Well if you do warm ups the next thing that comes to mind are healthy fats. Do you eat any of them? (well you know Olive oil, nuts etc)

I just added you. Nice to meet you, my name is Dimitris. Wow you are very brave for that last paragraph that you wrote. But nothing beats that confidence that you seem to have! :D About those tendons, you do warm ups with light/no weights before working out right?

Hi there from me too. My name is Dimitris, 26 years old, and in the last 4 years I managed to lose 53 Kg through dieting and working out. Now I want something ''more'' from my body so I've decided to use myfitnesspal. Anyway, feel free to add me! :D

Hi there. Feel free to add me too if you want. I was 137 Kg (that's about 300 pounds) 4-5 years ago. Now i am 88 Kg and i want to lose some more. It was kinda hard at first because i didn't used to workout. I do now though. Anyway, no one believed that i would be able to lose that weight, i guess they didn't (even i didn't…

Nice :)

Welcome. Don't give up. It may take a while to see results, but as long as you eat right and working out, they will come!

Firstly congratulations on the weight loss so far! You can't lose fat from only 1 part of your body, if you want to lose that belly you have to lose weight in general. But don't overdo it, women with small fat % tend to have menstrual problems.
