I have been gluten free for 6 years off and on. why off and on? I get relaxed with it, start eating it a bit, then the symptoms return, and then im back on. definitely eat BEFORE you go! if your not hungry, the snacks wont look so tempting.

give it time. i have kept off 40 lbs for a year now, and trying on my winter clothes is an adventure. things that were too small last winter now fit... its the skin that shrinks that takes time. that is if you are eating a balanced diet.
