I use the '' Walk away the pounds" ( by Leslie Sansone) and add arm weights. It works for me as far as losing weight, inches, and toning. My favorite is the 4 Mile Express..it's fast, gets a good sweat built up, ad she includes resistance training for toning during the last mile. Hope this helps.

Alright..so some of you have said you like those Skinny Cow treats and the WW treats as well. I was looking in a magazine today and saw a page with about 6 different kinds of yummy foods. The one that caught my eye is the ice cream candy bar looking thing. Question: do these things really taste as good as the pictures!?…

Do any of you 'log' your daily household calories? For example..I know you burn calories when you fold laundry, vacuume, dishes, etc. Do any of you log it? And if so, how? Or is it even enough to log?

I think it's a mix of both. I do plan my meals ahead of time, but maybe I think I'm overeating, when really, I'm under??
-
thanks everyone!! these are great ideas!

I'm sure this has already been posted some place..but let's go for it again. :D I'm wondering what kinds of food you normally eat during the day. What fills you up..keeps you full..satisfies you etc. My daily food is getting to be a bit boring and I'd LOVE some new ideas for some healthy meals. :D A typical day for me is…

This is great! Just like so many have already said, I have most of this stuff in my kitchen already. But..ok..how many of you dip your bread in vinegar? Seriously..do you do this!?

Thanks. Hey..how are you doing??

When I first started MFP it was hard for me to stay within my calorie range. But the past couple of days, I'm way under. Like...400 calories under at the end of the day. I'm still eating correctly, doing exercises, etc...just wondering..am I doing this right or am I doing something wrong? I don't feel hungry at the end of…

someone once told me, you don't have to lose a hundred pounds one time..you have to lose one pound a hundred times. For me..that makes it seem a little easier when I think of it that way. One pound at a time. Hang in there. And best of luck to you. :D

Heck yeah! Do it!! I'm doing a 5k tomorrow and so excited. First one. So I'd say absolutely go for it. One more thing to cross off your 'things to do before I die" list. GO for it! Good luck and congrats on getting that spot.

Keep going! Don't give up! You can do it, and you will be so proud of yourself when you reach your goal. Especially when some might tell you to quit. It's kind of a inner happiness that you can do a little happy dance for. Hang in there..it will be so worth it when you cross that 'finish line'. Go, go go!!

I needed to hear this. Congrats! Plateaus suck! I'm there now, and frustrated as heck. But your encouragement has given me the extra boost to keep things in check and keep going. Thanks, and congrats again. :D

I don't really have any tips..but I did want to say, "Don't give up!" You can do this. It's hard to get back into the swing of things after having a baby..trust me, I know. :D But it can be done, and will be done if you give yourself patience. I know this won't make you feel better, but hang in there. We're all…
