That moment when you actually find yourself waking up earlier because you have a longer workout to get through. I use to procrastinate all the time - now... I actually get up and make it happen.

I think it's definitely different for everyone. For me, I tried to just do the diet change, but my body adapted within a month - and then I was just fluctuating. Then I found out that I could ride my bike without hurting myself - and the pounds started dropping like crazy. I lost 30 lbs in 3 months - the natural way - diet…

That moment when you wake up and tell yourself that you just can do the workout this morning - and then you roll over and get dressed, move to the living room and begin. Win.

I'm overly honest. I don't want to go over, so I count everything and round up - always!

Need some encouragement this morning - the workout took it all out of me :/ - help me out, friends.

That moment when you're kind of bummed that you've done your workouts for the day... because you'd like to do more. The reason I won't is because my quads are screaming. 53 minutes of INSANITY and then a 2.6 mile run. Patience, young grass-hopper. Patience.

You all are doing so good! I am floored that so many people are into this thread. Makes me feel good to know we can all encourage each other. That moment when you decide this spring, you're going to start running - and then you get to stir-crazy and go out in the middle of Feb. :) Already done my first 2 runs of 2.5 miles.…

That moment when you run further and faster then you've ever run in your whole life. 10 minute mile - 25 minutes.

That moment when it's finally warm enough to get out and bike. Can't wait for SPRING!

That moment when you realize you are sore all day from your morning workout and you love it.

I'm on my second round of Insanity and am having great results. Life changing stuff. I've never done P90X - because it requires weights and I'm broke - so I do the resistance stuff with Insanity instead. Insanity all the way!

That moment when your have to go from classic fit to fitted shirts. :)

I'm loving this thread, everyone! Keep spitting them out - Each one of you provides that much more motivation for the rest of us! That moment when you do an extra morning workout routine... because you want to. That moment when your body tightens up after a hard workout and you keep looking in the mirror in disbelief. That…

That moment you finish a workout and realize you are starting to see definition in your abs. (Starting to be an every morning routine with me) :) These are so great, everybody! Keep sharing!

That moment when your wife begins to not only notice the changes, but is surprised at how strong you're getting.

That moment when you start to see definition in your abs.

And yes, 3 hours one way.

Well, as a benchmark this summer, I might try and do it on a early Saturday morning and devote the whole morning to going there and back again - then as things progress, I might try it weekly/bi-weekly. I think that's a do-able goal - especially if I pack smart and have a plan. Thanks for the encouragement, everyone! I'm…

Ok, so I've done Insanity for a week and a half. I have been posting on my blog. Check it out: http://jonsweightupdate.blogspot.com/ and let me know how I might improve or be encouraged! Thanks for sticking with me guys!

I made myself a rule back in April when I started for the third time. No cheating. No matter what the occasion, if you stumble a few days a week, your body will not have a clue what to do with itself. If you can, "stumble" once a month. Also, exercise. I have tried to eat right and for-go the exercise and it doesn't work.…
