I try to eat up to 250 cal per meal or under I don't think that's too bad. With the whole toast/ salad / jacket potato, I have jam on my toast, mozerella cheese and mayonnaise with my salad and cheese on my jacket potato with a bit of side salad, that can't be too bad either can it?

I've been brought up having a small lunch and a large dinner, on my days off I get up at about 11 so I don't really have time to cook lunch, and we have dinner at around half 4-5pm so it's not really before we go to bed.

Thank you, I only eat chocolate about once a week so that won't happen. Also I'm a pescetarian so I don't eat meat only fish, so I eat a lot of salads and sometimes fresh fish.. But that's another story!

Like I said, I will gradually up my calorie intake as I lose the weight, probably to up to 1500 and then live off that, I will be able to do it because if you start eating less, your stomach shrinks and you feel full quicker, (That's what I've read anyway) and it's working because I fill up quicker and I eat smaller…

19/f/5"4/188Ibs/57 to lose I want to be 9 and a half stone, I want to weigh less than my mum and for her to be proud of me, once I get to about that weight and if I look too skinny or lose my curves, I think I will gain a bit more, it will depend on what I look like at the time.

I know, but mfp says I should eat up to 1,200 calories a day to lose weight so 1,200 calories a day I shall eat.
