Day 2 completed! I also do modified push ups, I can only do about 2 proper ones :# I'm hoping to build my strength up a bit and be able to do them properly one day.

Personally i really don't see the point in using half pounds. However if you're measuring in lbs for ie 10st 7.5 you would enter '147.5lbs' The decimal place should work fine.

Whuh? It doesn't make you gain weight. People may believe that it makes them crave x/y/z all they want but weather or not you cave is down to the individual. Not the soda!

easy...i'm usually in bed by then reading my kindle haha. I brush my teeth & mouthwash and drink water though, that helps.

Gonna go completely out there and say this....starvation myth? How about people with ED's ie, anorexia ...with a very very low calorie intake, yet they still lose weight? I think there is something to this 'myth' but i think people really over estimate/over think it, seriously !
