  • Yes I am.... I started jan 1st... reset my scale and everything... I had lost about 58 pds... and put back on 20 pds.. so here I go again... at least I didnt put it all back on... positive thinking... : )

  • I was doing so GREAT not eating Carbs... Very limited... like fruit and veggies.. nuts.. and I took off over 50 pds.... ran 3 5k's now I cant seem to get back on track... I dont want to gain back what I have lost and I would still like to take off 27 pds.. any suggestions to get me back on track from you all who have done…

  • I went to Olive Garden for lunch.... I allowed my self 2 bread sticks.. wow... I couldnt believe the calories... LOL but I really made good choices the rest of the day... Have a Good Weekend...

  • I go through weeks where I wont lose.... It is so frustrating to eat right and exercise and not even budge the scale... but keep on keeping on... like Julie said this is a new way of life... not just a chance to get thin... I want to be healthy... and live a better longer life.. Congrats on all your eating accomplishments…

  • So sorry you are hurting.... have you tried a stationary bike.... when I am achy and sore... I get on the bike and relax and still get my work out.. Get Better Soon..

  • I usally hate it and feel out of breath for the first 5 mins... then if I push through it.... I can keep going after that... I switch it up... Treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike.... That seems to help...
  • Yes.. that is what I used.. couch to 5k.. and it really worked and I was slow ... but I didnt stop and I finished... ; )
  • I was having the same problems.... I now eat 2 carbs and 2 fruits a day.. but make sure I consume them by 2pm... so for dinner I only have protein and lots of yummy veggies.. and a yogert for snack... It has really helped to get that scale moving again...
