Stress and not losing....
Hi everyone..... I have been eating right and exercising... I run on the treadmill and or elliptical... 4 times a week... I only eat 2 fruits and 2 carbs before 2pm... lots of veggies and clean eating... but this week (after I had the flu for a day) I havent lost a single pound... feeling discouraged...
