Lol my closet has mirror panels and it's right across from the bed. It's a bit freaky at night though, when you're in the dark and you can see your reflection... You think it's a ghost before assuming it's just your reflection.

Are you specifically tracking your calories/macros? Use the Recipes setting on MFP to help calculate those meals you prep for the week and you'll be able to analyze and go from there.
