  • I find not looking at the big overall number helps when you are really struggling. Make small goal to break it down such as maybe losing 10 pounds by the end of a certain month. It will not seem so daunting that way and more achievable. If you keep knocking down the small goals you will eventually get to your overall one.…

  • Under community you can go to Find Members and from there choose members that are within so many miles of a zip code.
  • Guys love confidence. If losing some weight will give you more confidence than you will find the right guy. This works both ways too as after I lost a lot of weight I found the woman of my dreams by gaining my confidence back. I wish you the best. Start loving yourself and you'll find Mr. Right!
