I log when I drink alcohol (always in the "snack" part of my diary). Lately I have just been sticking to vodka club with a lime wedge because its low in calories, and not too delicious that I will down it right away.

It might not be as bad as you think. I started a week ago and was so worried about giving up coke zero. So far, that part hasn't been so difficult. I've actually been eating Rice Chex lately. Its 100 calories per cup, with 1g of fiber, no fat, and only 2 grams of sugars. It also has no artificial flavors or colors, and it's a nice switch from cheerioes.

I got the Fitbit one about 3 weeks ago and so far I love it. It's so easy to use and I like how it automatically syncs up to your computer, phone, and even MFP.
