Alcoholism and withdrawing from alcohol will both cause lack of hunger. You should probably talk to a doctor.
-
My guess is that you're withdrawing from alcohol.

I don't wash my hair every day. Surprisingly, if you stop washing it every day, it'll stop getting super greasy... Even after sweating from a workout.
-
At the gym I would think "Am I doing something wrong? He should probably say something if I am."

I get hangry I clench my jaws (which causes a headache) I feel like I can't keep my eyes open. The list goes on...

Make sure the floor is level and change the batteries in the scale.

Legal argument ..

I watched a show the other day about a young woman who was 600+ lbs. Her only exercise was walking from the house, to the end of the driveway, and back.. One time. It's not far and she certainly didn't move quick, but it was exercise nonetheless. Yes, I'm aware that she was morbidly obese and walking that far was…

Sounds like you work with an office full of women. Get a thick skin and tough it out. It might suck, but listen to your boss. Being insubordinate will most likely get you fired. Your revenge will be reaching your ultimate weight loss goal.

It sounds like she's used to people doing what she wants. I would tell her "You're not going to tell me what I'm going to do. If you don't like it, I won't come with you any more". Simple as that. If that hurts her feelings, she has a lot of growing up to do.

I JUST started running (today is day 4). I use a C25K app. It starts off with a 5 minute walk and then you go into a 60 second run and 90 second walk interval. The first day I ran it was on a full stomach. Bad idea. My lungs were burning and I thought was going to pass away. Day 2 I ran on an empty stomach. Felt like a…

If they are a troll, they should probably seek help for that too. Seeking attention like that sounds like a bit of a problem too. If not, it appears they may have an unhealthy relationship with food and alcohol. Good luck to you, OP.

I'm a really cheap drunk because even after all these years of practice, it still doesn't take much for me to get drunk... And I like cheap beer.

I make turkey meatballs, turkey tacos and turkey spaghetti sauce. I made turkey burgers and didn't really care for them.

I would say going for walks/bike rides/etc with her. Maybe a little gardening if you have that option available. Things around your house/neighborhood that she can do with you so she's not stressed out too.

I like the paleo brownie recipes.. Ummm, what?

I ate 2 oz of chicken yesterday that I thought would for sure be 4 oz. I guess I'm not good at eyeballing... Good thing I have a food scale  I think 4 oz of meat is the "general" serving size.

That helps immensely. I changed my goals around a bit more and now I'm up to over 1500 calories a day. That seems more reasonable. Thanks guys!
-
Thank you for the response. How often should I be updating this?? I just updated and it knocked 20 calories off my daily goal (I guess because I lost 2 lbs?). WTH!

Wear whatever you want... Just make sure it fits properly. If you're digging your shorts out of your crotch all night because they're the wrong size, that is inappropriate. If it fits fine and you're comfortable, go for it. I don't think people expect you to be completely covered up at a backyard bbq on a 70+ degree day.…

I gained weight on Prozac as well. My doctor switched me over to Lexapro, which is "weight neutral". I have been losing so far. Talk to your doctor about your concern. Generally they understand that weight gain can make you feel worse, even with medication.

I wouldn't call it child abuse either... MAYBE neglectful behavior, but not abuse. Bottom line- if you want your kids to be healthy, make them eat fruits and vegetables instead of "juicing". Duh.

Make sure you're not wearing make up when you work out. That + sweating will clog your pores and cause breakouts. Also, washing with a cleanser too many times a day can strip your skin of natural oils and can cause over production of oils, causing breakouts. Too much exfoliation can cause breakouts. Warm water and a soft…

I was eating back little to none of them to begin with. Then I realized I wasn't even netting 1200 calories a day. I fixed that real quick and made sure I was getting AT LEAST 1200. Oops :/

I use the MapMyFitness app on my phone. It seems to be quite a bit more accurate than the MFP calculator.

I was drinking Diet Pepsi all day and all evening. I started drinking water all day instead and just having pop/soda/whatever you call it with dinner and in the evening. I'm hoping to stop it all together.

I like logging because I have obsessive tendencies and like to see the lists. I keep better track that way. If I don't log I won't remember everything I ate and I'll freak a bit.

The night sweats. Holy crap. I didn't even realize that was a side effect. They are AWFUL for me.

That's true. I didn't factor that into the cost. Generally, we were eating food from the grocery store during the week, and eating out on the weekends. We still eat out on Saturdays now that we eat better, but mostly it's food from the grocery store.

I grocery shop for 2 people.. When we were eating unhealthy (processed junk, etc) a trip to the grocery store would cost us around $70-$80 per week. Now that we eat healthy (fruits, veggies, etc) a trip to the grocery store costs us $90-$100 per week. So not much of a difference to us, but to someone with a very limited…
