I am going to restart Week 10 tomorrow. Life got in the way last week and I only got to workout on Monday. Ugh! I hate that happened!!

Started week 10 today. Almost done! :-)

Tomorrow starts the final phase! I was supposed to do yoga yesterday but went for a 7 mile run instead. I don't think that is bad considering the most I had run in the past 2 months is 1 mile. Apparenly P90X is keeping me in good cardio shape. :)

I am skipping Stretch today but I did Kenpo yesterday. I love that workout! It is so fun!!

I missed yoga last Thursday so I did it yesterday to make up for it. I get home from work today and look to see what my workout (recovery week so I don't have it memorized) and it is yoga! Good grief!

Completed legs and back today. I also went out and bought a pair of 20lb dumbbells. Getting stronger!

Completed plyo last night. It went much better than last week. Tonight I did back/biceps with ab ripper x. I can now do all ab exercises with them. Hard to believe that I had a hard time with this dvd when I first started. Loving P90X :D

Chest, shoulders an tri along with ab ripper x done for today. I have discovered my weakness...........push-ups!

This week was tough for me. I was busy in the evenings car shopping so I did manage to workout Wednesday morning before work. Thursday morning I slept through my alarm and didn't get yoga in this week. Friday I didn't get up early thinking I could do it after work but I found a car to go look at and didn't get in until 11…

I did plyo tonight. I struggled tonight. just wasn't feeling it. Oh well. I know that happens every once in a while.

Happy Monday! Start of Week 6 for me. Time is flying by! I did Chest/Shoulders/Triceps this morning before work along with Ab Ripper. Bring it! :)

Just finished back and biceps along with ab ripper x. For the first time ever, I was able to do all 25 of the fiffer scissors. I am not going to say my legs were straight but I did it. I'll take it!! Lol!

First of all, I just wanted to tell everyone that you are awesome! Way to rock this program! Tomorrow starts phase 2 for me. I'm excited to get two portions of carbs in this phase. Didn't phase 1 fly by???

You held the crane!?! Great job! That is a major accomplishment! So far I have fell over and landed on my head and fell over and landed on my wrist. After those catastrophes I have just went into childs pose. Seriously - way to go!

Last night was Kenpo and guess who was finally able during the warmup to straighten the leg and grab the toe?!? ME! I could even hold on to the toe as I lowered my leg to the side. Big accomplishment for this very inflexible girl! I love Tony Horton. :)

I didn't mention that during Core last night, when I saw that we had to do staggered push-ups with one leg on top of the other, I thought there is no way I can do this. I decided to give it a try anyway and I could do them! I have definitely noticed that I am getting stronger. No way could I have done that before. P90X…

I'm excited! Today will be my first time doing Core X. I have no idea what to expect!
