We are going in 9 days and I am trying to lose 6 pounds in that time. Of course, I plan to eat it back at Disney. We already have reservations for Liberty Tree. That place is like comfort food heaven. Maybe the walking we do there will counteract the food!!

Quinoa. It is is really good with curry! Instructions are to cook it in rice cooker. Not as sweet as rice but good substitute. They sell it a most stores now near the rice. Plus it is full of proteins and amino acids. It is considered a superfood.

I'm 5'0" and 135 lbs. I am trying to get to 125 lbs and feel like I have to give up a lot to lose any weight. Weight is unique to us. We have to take a lot more steps to run 6 mph!! Ha.

OK. So far, so good but getting low-grade headaches. I found out this is normal on low-carb diets and should go away in about a week. I am trying to add more good carbs and water when getting the headaches.
