I was feeling that way a few weeks ago but have found my groove again. What did it was forcing myself to try some different exercises - specifically weights and other strength training. It helped me to see results from toning, which motivated me again. Try doing something different, or setting yourself a new goal (like…

Agree with everyone else, it has made a huge difference to my energy levels. I feel focused and awake all day, and then get a good night's sleep, and pop out of bed in the morning. I also cut out caffeine, so no more sugar/caffeine highs and lows. But when I do have sweets, which is occasionally, I notice the difference,…

It does get better and easier. I used to struggle with three and can now do 25 in one go, and the other day completed 100 over the course of the day (25x4). I used to hate doing them because they were so hard and now I really like the challenge!!

I am with you! I used to hate them because I found them really hard. Now that my fitness has increased I love doing the things that I used to hate (because I really struggled with them). This includes burpees, push-ups and plank. Now I like to challenge myself to do more than I could before. I used to struggle to do 5 push…

The only way I manage to get so much workout time in is because: a) I cycle to and from work, for a total of an hour a day, five days a week b) I do a bootcamp 3 days a week in the mornings before work I fit in a few bits here and there in addition, but I find having a routine is really necessary for me, as if it is just…

I gave up caffeine in January and feel great and won't be going back. Instead I drink Rooibos (Redbush) tea: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rooibos You can have it with milk/sugar, or plain. I have it with a slice of lemon. No caffeine and a nice hot drink to have throughout the day. When I fancy a latte I have decaf.

Alpro brand you can get at most large supermarkets. They don't seem to have it at the smaller shops in london, but I order groceries online from tesco and they always have it in stock. Once I ordered a few containers and they substituted hazelnut for one of them. If it is on sepcial is it £1 a litre, otherwise I think it…

a frozen banana blended with some almond milk to make "ice cream" - you can add anything else you want - peanut butter, walnuts, other fruit, etc. sliced up banana or half banana with some chia seeds and a tablespoon of peanut butter.

I was vegetarian for 17 years - it started out for ethical reasons and then after so many years I completely lost the taste for meat and didn't like it when I tried it. There were a few occasions when I thought about going back, but just didn't find meat appetising. But then in January I completely went back to eating…

if it was me, I'd have some porridge, maybe with some banana about 2-3 hours before. Or maybe just the banana.

Try a push-up on a bench, sort of half-way between the knees and the floor. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PouVQ65LjOs You can do them on a park bench or workout bench or similar.
