Anything with chocolate really, especially if it's got the whole savoury/sweet thing going on. So like pastry with chocolate, chocolate with sea salt, pies. Pain au chocolat are my biggest downfall, I don't care how much weight I have to lose I will never give up my pain au chocolat!

Water chestnuts, I can just about eat them, definitely don't enjoy them. I think that's it. I pretty much eat all veggies quite happily!

I've been there and I found the best thing was to fill my house with healthier food. I also planned out my day to every drink I drank and every snack I ate, so that I wouldn't have to think about what I was eating, I had it there already. It also helps me when I have friends to talk to, so maybe join one of the challenges…

Mine's also open, feel free to add me if you want :)

Current weight: 207.4 lb. 1.8 lb loss. I'm glad I finally lost more than 0.2 of a pound, as that's seems to have been the norm for me for the past month.

Well done to everyone, that's a lot of weight lost as a group

Family pictures is a fab idea! I haven't thought about any rewards, I guess I'll need a new wardrobe, so maybe that...

SW: 209.2 Week 1: 209 Congrats on all the losses everyone, keep up the great work!

That is freaking funny. My iphone always autocorrects me when i'm talking to one friend in particular, i'm sure she thinks i'm a major perve because of my phone

Energy drink that has 60% of your daily sugar in one tiny bottle, I would drink 2 massive bottles :embarassed: Savoury dishes I would eat a lot of cheese sauce, homemade but still very fat laden.

How's everyone doing this weekend? Me, i'm struggling. Birthdays are not conducive to weight loss, a meal with cake today and again on Friday, hopefully without the cake (never thought i'd say that!). I've also got a mass of university work on and still feeling under the weather, all this is making me feel like I might…

Quinoa, cottage cheese and spinach. I actually don't know what I survived on before I found these foods because they tend to make up most of my meals now! Lentils are also pretty awesome, just because they're so versatile and filling.

It's not been accurate for me, sometimes I've lost more and sometimes much less.

I agree with an extra snack and larger portions. Sometimes i'd love a little bit more of something but know I don't really have the cals for it. The same goes for snacks, sometimes there's just not enough to feel satisfying.

I weigh in once a week, as soon as I wake up, after I use the bathroom, before I eat. It's worked for me so far, I think i'd be constantly worrying if I weighed in more often.

Sooooo funny! Thanks for the lols

Well said. In my opinion it's just not realistic, for me anyway, to never drink again, never eat a take away, never eat cake. It's not about depriving ourselves, it's about learning how to balance the 'good' foods with the 'bad' foods.

Wholemeal bread, with mozzarella, tomatoes and basil, with a dash of black pepper. So tasty.

cowandmonkey, hope you had a wonderful birthday! tldabney, I have been sick for the past month, still not 100% but during the first 2 weeks of this I had no appetite at all. I tried to eat foods like nuts, just to up my calories, but I was still under for quite a while. So if you can eat something high in cals like nuts,…

Ahhh, I'm a total muffin fiend, definitely trying these at some point. Thank you for the recipe!

I hadn't even thought about freezing my own. What a great idea, thanks!

Thanks Jeananne for putting all those stats up. It's nice to see it like that, and be able to see what everyone else is wanting to lose as well. You all seem to be busy with the exercising, that's really great. Keep it up everyone. I'm under my calories today, which is great. The past few days i've been ravenous, but today…

I've been getting them for about 6 months now. They're exensive for what they are really, you can buy most of the items in bulk for much cheaper, but if you don't want the hassle of separating and weighing everything I think they're great. You've got to watch out for the calories and sodium in a few of them, they can get…

Hi all, i've posted once or twice before, but thought i'd try and make more effort, especially as i'm really struggling food wise at the moment. I seem to be ravenous the past week, maybe something to do with getting over a pretty rough chest infection that lasted a month. Hopefully my appetite will decrease a bit. Good…

How's everyone's first day been so far? Not the best start for me, my brother is visiting and he specifically asked for a roast dinner. Even only having a small amount of a few things is a lot of calories. Nevermind, it's only one day and hopefully I won't go over by too much!

I find having 1 or 2 pieces of dark chocolate a few times a week helps keeps craving at bay, for me anyway. I can't kick the chocolate habit either.

I usually log everything and anything. The exception for me was this Saturday, when I had Indian food and really couldn't figure out the calories of the food. If you're not logging something the only person you're fooling is yourself.

My wii used to show the same weight as my digital scale also.

Nutella! I know it's not necessarily the healthiest thing to put in it, but 1 tbsp does the trick. It's the only way I can stomach it.
