I'm 5.0" - 108 lbs 28E bra/bust size, 25 inch waist, 35 inch hip. guess i'm more of a pear. Weight wise, i'm OK with this- but would like to reduce hip a tad and/or just tighten it all up see more definition through loss of body fat. Go shorties!!

Awesome. Adding you.. I am back (again) too. Did well with MFP and regular excercises but got a new job and became so busy that my progress reversed- so here we go again. age- 32 height - 5'0" weight - 118 would like to get to 100 lbs or so.

5'0" currently weight 108lbs--- trying to whittle down to 100lbs. I was 127 lbs and looked back at some of my europe trip photos- it's awful to relive my bigger days. i am now 30 yrs old and plan to do europe again only as a hotter version of myself. : ) short girls do rule!

I'm 5'0", started at 127lbs.. am now at 108lbs, and loooooving it! I don't have to look in a mirror if i don't want to before i leave the house because clothes always look superb on me now : ) I think I'd like to see how I'd look at 100lbs or thereabouts.. but i think 105-108lbs is quite good-

I'm 5 foot. Currently weighing 108 lbs. Would like to whittle it down to 100-103lbs then i will focus of weight training and pilates to tighten and lengthen what i hope is a powerful but lithe body. Go girls! Grab those goals!

hi, what do you do to conserve battery power? does disconnecting the transmitter from the band matter in terms of saving battery power while not being used?

ASOS.com, look for the swim wear brand Freya- they have good looking fun prints but cater to larger chested and tops are built as supportive as bras. Asos also has a BIG clearance section so they are often quite cheap and free shipping : )

O Yes, Steel Cuts Oats are much better to eat than regular oatmeal as oatmeals is more processed than steel cut oats are. I would also make a large portion and divide for the week. Add some ground cinnamon for a punchy flavour and ground flax just to speed up digestion.
