  • Horray for you!! Nice job.
  • Congratulations on the weight loss! You have done an amazing job. Also congratulations on the job offer! It is a compliment, although a strange one. I know it would be real good for the ego! Way to go!!
  • How about because the prostate is not in the testicles?? Now if it was in support of testicular cancer then yes that would be awesome!
  • I would be very interested in small tutorials!

  • Depression Overeating Rain, wind, rain and wind, wind, rain..endless days without sun my current lack of motivation not making enough money to pay my bills
  • Since Starbucks is a treat for me I get exactly what I like and want. Quad venti, 7 pump hazlenut, nonfat latte. MMMMM sometimes I get 6 shots of caffene. I have one only once every 2 months and I am not skimping.
  • This is what I use. I like it better than butter.
  • I got out of bed. I truly did not want too. I have not exercised, or gotten dressed. Depressed for now for several days for some reason. The real success is that with the depression I have not binged, I have not eaten as well as normal but I did not have a 3000-10,000 calorie binge. That is a success for me, and I'll take…
  • I show my Grandma everything. Well I used to, untill she passed away. Now I only wish I could show her~! Oh and she would love the pictures on here! At 96 she still loved the look of a nice healthy body. Don't look if you don't like it.
  • You and I both!
  • Yes, me too and I feel like I am cheating my patients. They need and deserve more. Unfortunately many hospitals are no longer in the business of actually getting the patient better they are in the business of getting high scores for butt kissing. This distresses me so much. We have so much mandatory paperwork that is not…
  • I set both to inactive and go with what it gives me. I have had no problems, unless of course I eat over my goals and exercise calories. I am losing without difficulty.
  • me too. The only thing that is cheating is not fessing up to what I have eaten. My life includes eating over my goals at times, no big deal!
  • Many of my salads start the same, lettuce, spinach, chopped green onions, red or yellow bell pepper, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, avacado, zucchini, cucumber and yellow squash. I add different things according to my mood, chicken breast grilled with Tobassco chipolte sauce, ground turkey with taco seasoning,…
  • Are you eating enough? Overexercising? Not drinking enough? Do you get enough sleep? So many factors affect our immune system. I know for me personally when I don't eat well and I overexercise I get sick frequently. Take a look at those things and see what you find.
  • I have to admit I never stopped using my coffee-mate. I spent 3 days that I measured the exact amount I put in my cup. I use 1/4 cup in my 16 ounce cup and 1/3 cup in my 20+ ounce cups. Now I measure it daily and count it. I refuse to give up my creamer.
  • This is exactly what I do. For me it is a huge flaw. I am working on it too!
  • I understand the fear and I know fear can stop you dead in your tracks. Perhaps if you look at this as the lifestyle change it will have to be instead of a diet it will help. Start with small weight loss goals such as 5% weight loss or even less! Change your goals as you meet them. Be sure to measure yourself and track…
  • I am a lover of most veggies. I routinely eat a stirfry of zucchini, mushrooms, bell pepper, onions, and grape tomatoes. I love steamed broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, and carrots (separately) Frozen mixed veggies are wonderful too. Any of these are good for you. I use light butter with canola oil on my taters. There are…
  • Hi, I am Carol, starting week one tomorrow, have not done the test but know I cant do many at all. Last I tried I could not do 5. So this is the place for me to grow stronger! Can someone post a link to the challenge please? I can't find it!
  • Hi, I am 55, a nurse, and I too deal with the take care of everyone but me syndrome. Well, at least I used too. Right now I am taking care of me, being a bit selfish even, or I feel like I am. I am putting me first for the first time ever and I am succeeding in inching my way towards my goals! Any/all of you are welcome to…
  • I love to fish! Salmon, trout, sturgeon, ling cod. I live on a river and have not fished in a year?? Too many other things have come up. I need to go soon.
  • Personally I do not set a time goal. It seems to set me up for failure and I will quit when I don't reach my goal. I have done it over and over. Now I have just set the goal to lose the weight no matter how long it takes. I find I keep chugging along this way without the expectations. Just my way of doing it. I also have…
  • Perhaps you are not eating enough!! How many calories a day are you eating? Are you eating your exercise calories back? Numerous things could cause how your feeling. Diet is the first to come to my mind.
  • Personally I would leave calories for eating at night! Nothing wrong with eating if you have the calories left to do so!
  • 55 here, and can always use a new friend!
  • I am thrilled for you that your breasts are healthy now! When I was young I did not even get into an almost A, I wanted breasts so badly. Started saving for breast implants but things always happened that were more important so the money went other places. Once I hit my mid to late 30's and I started putting on weight I…
  • Heather, I totally understand the pain issues. After my last back surgery I never got over the pain. Still dealing with it now. The one thing I can do it walk and hike. Start small, walk 15 or 30 or however many minutes you are capable of doing. Time the walk. Every day you walk add 5 more minutes. If you have a day that…
