The sizes may not be the same but the story is! I am seriously afraid that when I have lost all my weight I will be able to roll mine up like socks. They are getting so flat and pancake like. This is exactly what I would do. My only thought is maybe they work nights and sleep days. Otherwise why the complaint? Sheesh. Ask them for a good time for them.

This advice is wrong on so many levels. MFP is based on you eating your calories back. That is how it is set to work. There is already a calorie deficit built in. Usually it gives people too few calories. Set your wt loss goal to 1 lb a week, eat all those calories plus eat your exercise calories. You also need to add…

5' 11" goal weight 155 = 160. Not sure I will need to lose that much will readjust as time goes on. My highest weight was 265 currently weigh 212.

I love my fitbit! I wear it 24 hours a day only removing it when I shower! It motivates the heck out of me! I have walked 340 miles this year and hope to hit over 1500 miles by the end of the year. My fitbit keeps me moving like crazy!

Thanks for posting this. I get so tired of being judged by someone who probably has their own unhealthy habits. I am dealing with my unhealthy habits one at a time. I try very hard not to judge anyone and would appreciate the same from others.

Believe it or not Doctors and Nurses are human too, they have the same problems as the rest of the world, some smoke, some overeat, some work so many hours they have no time for formal exercise. Hmmmm, imagine that humans, like the rest of us...don't judge

Thin crust, all veggie no cheese for me! I never cared much for cheese on pizza anyway, finally cut it out about 3 years ago and do not even miss it. I can eat so much more of it that way!

If you are exercising as you say, you need to log it and also eat the calories back that it gives you. An important goal when losing is to get healthy and you will not stay healthy if you do not eat your goals.. you need to net greater than 1200.
