Kenna, In order to add friends you click their name (its in blue under their picture). It will take you to a page that will say send message, request friend or add friend (whichever), and sometimes view diary. Click friend request and write the person a message and send it! Very easy to do!

I boil them, remove the skins and then mash with some OJ, grated orange peel, a little sugar and cinnamon. I sometimes some land of lakes light butter with canola oil!

I wear my fitbit all day everyday. I love it! It does count some steps when I am driving not too bad and you can separate those steps from other activity by pressing the button for two seconds when you get into the car to go somewhere and then press it again when you are done. We plan our menu out ahead of time and I log what I am eating a day or two in advance, especially when I am working. It really helps he stay on track. If I don't eat what is there I change it right away.

I think it is perfectly fine. It is a dairy so that part is cool too as long as your getting your other nutrients as well. I know you are unable to do any real exercise but are you able to go for short walks? It could help you increase your daily calories and make you not worry about your ice cream!

I really want to do the warrior dash. Unfortunately, I am still at the point I can't run and have no upper body strenght. So am aiming for next year. I did sign up for Bay to Breakers (walking that one) and a color run (my first 5k in 25 years). One step at a time!

I have problems with severe back pain, I have had 2 back surgeries. I suggest start small like you did. Try walking 3 or 4 times a day at the 5 minutes and increase by one minute every other day.
