BMR: 1658 Goal 1400-2000 losing regularly. feeling great.

I have set mine for a loss of 10% of my weight at a time. Current goal 200 lbs, next will be 180, then 162, then I will decide from there. Probably 155 for me. It is easier to keep on track with small interim goals rather than 1 large amount. I just adjust my goals again as I reach the current ones. Carol

Did you measure yourself? Track your measurements. It is hard to say what is wrong not knowing anything about you. What are you doing for exercise? How many calories are you eating? There are so many factors that affect weight loss!

Eating all my calories is keeping the pounds and inches coming off of me without difficulty. What more can I ask??

It is hard for me on the day after my last shift. I think its easiest to just come home eat a light snack and go take a nap. It helps me alot. Even if I only sleep for 3-4 hours I am not as hungry when I wake up that way and can keep on track.
