This may be of help....I was watching an episode of Dr. Oz and he stated that people who have a cheat day or reward them self with a cheat day after staying on track all week is more successful at weight loss. He change your Saturday to faterday and he said don't cheat with donuts or anything like that but if you like…

I typically order soft shells with grilled/ or the shredded chicken....I am not big on tamale's or anything like that so I keep it simple. And if I order rice with it, I will only eat what looks like a 1 cup to me. And take the rest home. I think everything is fine in moderation or portion control. And what kills me too is…

I am 5"4" and my goal weight for now is 170 once I reach that I'd like to be around 150! My starting weight was 252....

This sounds so good, I love ice cream and this is a good alternative to that! If I make it how do you put it in your calories? Do you have to Add is as one of your own recipes?

I can completely relate, but I over eat out of boredom and I have been struggling to find employment and just the sitting around being at home just add's to the stress!

I just joined yesterday....so far I have been under the required calories....per day...but I am finding it difficult to gain motivation to work out..I need support or exercise idea to do at home?!
