I tried playing around with making changes, but like you, I realized when you changed one item, the other items readusted. I would like to know also. I started with the plan recommended but nothing came out near what Mel recommends so I now leave their recommendations and just monitor it with what Mel has recommended.

I listen to a mix of things from religion to classic rock - but I'm a wee bit older in age so I probably am not much help. Music does make the run better (not easier).

I dont' because I want to lose weight. I don't know if that's what Melody would tell you, its just what I do. You want to burn more calories than you take in=weight loss.

I will be there sunday and monday. This will be my second time in the "Get Fit" program. I really enjoyed it the first 16 weeks and have missed it during our holiday break.

I did the couch to 5K. I ran my first 5K in November 2011. I felt so good crossing that finish line! Good luck
