I've completed ChaLean and P90X and I'm doing Combat now. I preferred the lifting too and that isn't Combat, it's more cardio based. Ready for another round of ChaLean, P90X or get Beast.

Fantastic job! It's really awesome to have that feeling. I love shopping now too and being able to feel good about what I'm buying. Loved my blood work numbers from my yearly physical too!

I'll stick with us everyday people trying to improve our health. Good for them and I understand their careers demand it and they can afford the assistants, chefs, personal trainers etc. Sometimes their paycheck is counting on it, I get that. I still prefer our success stories. :flowerforyou:

I'm doing P90X classic and will start week 11 on Monday. The very first day i did the 12-15 but changed to the 8-10 reps because of the goals I had for myself.

I love my kettlebells but not the first program I tried (Kettleworx). However I found Lauren Brooks and have two of her kettlebells DVD's that have at least a couple of workouts on each. You definitely get a great workout!

Love having my PB2 and PB2 Chocolate especially for recipes, protein shakes, fruit dip and even a sandwich. But occasionally I still just want a good ole Jim Creamy sandwich.

I agree it depends on your current fitness level. I also agree, however, do NOT be afraid of P90X. Monday starts the final month of P90X for me, then I'll probably do the P90X+ dvds that came with it for free. As soon as my Achilles heals a little better I'm going to start the C25K over again. I'm in week 8 (recovery week) of P90X and only have one more phase to go. I've already completed ChaLean Extreme so after this I think I'm going to do the circuit for the P90+ DVD's that I got free when I ordered. Then I might do another round of ChaLean. I'm in though! Let me know the plan.

I have fallen in love with my two new sports bras from Victoria's Secret. :heart: them! I will be going back to buy a couple of more since I can't get them washed everyday. Your topic title says it all. Don't beat yourself up for what you didn't do in the past, your changing that now. Take it a day at a time and you will get stronger and more flexible. You'll be able to do the positions better and more comfortably. Just don't give up. You are doing this for you and you deserve it!…

Thanks for this post, I bought the Dannon light & fit yesterday @ the store (strawberry) and it is delicious. I tried the Oikos last week and it was okay, but I am NOT a fan of the Fage. We don't have the Cabot brand here.

I loved my Jillian Michaels DVD set, came with 4, and I also like Lauren Brooks kettlebell DVDs, and ChaLean Extreme. I'm currently doing P90X.

Thanks, I may have to give it a try because I've not been a fan of the Greek yogurts that I have tried either. Although the Oikos strawberry that I tried last week wasn't too bad.
