Nice compliment at the gym!

So I've been at the new gym since the middle of January, and on my first day there I met a nice lady about my mom's age. Anyway, seen her a few times since, but I don't really know her. Today, I saw her watching me do some ab work and pushups and when I was done she came over and said she loved how hard I work and she can totally tell a difference in my body since the first time she met me. She has been watching me train I guess (we have the same trainer, too) and she wants to start lifting b/c of how she's seen me work out. It was just nice to know that what I'm doing is working and encouraged someone else!
