Honestly. I just finished my work out and I am stuck at work for two more days.

I got broke, funny, and tax. Can't figure out how it describes me. As long as it is not a sign that I will be broke around tax season I think I am good.

My first question would be; do you live in California? Everything causes cancer in California. Other than that everything now days is related to cancer in some way or another. All the artificial stuff we put into our bodies is terrible for us.

Like all of you I am a carb lover and I have been struggling to get my fruits and vegies in but I have been doing 10X better than I use too. For my midmeal snacks I normally hit up a fruit (rember alot of times a whoe fruit is 2 servings) and I make sure there are veggies on the table for dinner, I devour as many as I can…

I dont think most people really notice. They are too involved in their own going ons. People that see you everyday don't normally notice because it is such a gradual change. The important part is that you notice.

I always eat after my workouts. I use to be a morning routine person starting at the gym at 0530 before eating and going to work. Now I find that it fits better into my schedule if I go work out at 1630 before I have supper.
