Fruit! Munching on as much fruit as I like has really helped me tackle binge eating. Eeep. That sounds so unhealthy and gross - the only way you're losing weight is by emptying your gut by starving yourself? :sick: Pass! I'd rather not mess up my metabolism forever. But good point that there are of course other explanations such as hormones etc

Can you not change your max heart rate on your HRM so it knows when your going all out & alters your calories burnt accordingly?

Thanks! I do own a Garmin HRM but it likes to fall off when i'm jumping a lot :p might have to figure out a way to make it work properly....
