I do often feel hungry in evening but not overly famished.

I do cardio running walking about 3-5 times a week and not much weights. I will start to incorporate that more. I mainly go from the scale and the way my clothes fit. The scale hasn't budged and my clothes are fitting the same no change.

Oh okay. I have been stalled since may. I got 1500 because i calculated my bmr on one of those online calculators and it said it's 1695. But my fitness pal says 1200 if I want to lose 2 lbs a week. Which I would love to do!

First of all congratulations on your great success!!!! It sounds like you have done amazing!!! I would definitely agree that out calories are too low and that's why your not loosing anymore. Especially when you are active your body needs more calories or at least a base amount of 1200. When I was eating 1200 I want losing…

fercar- Just curious how did you calculate your bmr for the Jillian videos? I am never sure how many calories i burn for them. So i usually just say 200 calories. And try not to eat back the calories... but sometimes do.

Thanks all for the help. I agree it's got to be my measuring of foods. I try to always measure but I will admit I guess estimate. I thought it wouldn't make a big difference but I guess it shows it has. I'm going change back my macros to the setting mfp set for me. And try that. I don't have any Beverages that have…
