awesome post. have lost about 30 pounds about 1/2 way to my goal and hit the wall. was just thinking man i cannot go back up again. will look up the ebook and hope it does the trick. thanks much.

i usually warm up first with an easy walk on the treadmill then a light stretch before working out. during the workout i will stretch the muscles i just finished working, but nothing to deep. afterwards i do a pretty thorough stretch while the muscles are still warm from the workout. hope that helps.

you're right about the water. you need to hydrate all the time, but especially when exercising. light stretching and hydration are the best cures. stay with it, your muscle recovery time will get shorter and shorter the more sessions you have in the gym.
