Keep your head up! There's a lot of really good, decent, honest people out there. It just seems unfortunate that you haven't found them. You're beautiful and it doesn't matter what they say or think. If they are calling you immigrant and other things, they are racist which makes their opinion completely null and invalid.

Me too! Not sure if I'm 5'2" or 5'1" lol! I started this week at 137 and am on my way down.. I've started a new diet this week and so far so good. I feel good about it! I really want to wear a bikini to the beach this year and feel good about it, but alas, we'll see. Feel free to add me! I've been on here for a long time…

I'm a sodium junky so i'd rather use salt on my veggies or meat than covering up the fat i'm eating.. but I will stick with diet soda vs regular.

Cheat days are bad for me. My body is so much happier eating healthy, everything is 'regular'. When I try to eat my regular calories but eat what I want, I notice the difference in the food and how I feel. It sucks! I still eat the junk but it's teaching me that hey, that tastes good but it's soooo not worth it.

Add me as a friend if you want! I know how you feel. I recommend trying yoga at home. Start with some basic stretching and poses and eventually you will want to do more. Keep it simple and don't over~do it. Work from there with some harder poses and add flow then weights. I bought my own elliptical so i wouldn't have to…

I've given up. Now when I go out for mexican I just grab a chip and eat as much salsa off it as I can and nibble it. haha.... I guess I probably look pretty ridiculous, but maybe it will be worth it.

I agree, i am about the same age as you and notice the results are not what they were a few years ago when i tried the same thing. I almost feel like im trying harder in some ways but it's definitely difficult and very frustrating. Alas, we are women and we are strong willed and stubborn enough that we can do it! =)
