It's a heck of a lot cheaper than fast food that every thinks is soo cheap. Since when is $3 for a burger, $2 for fries, $1 for a drink and God knows what else cheap. $6 or more per meal. I spend less than $4 a day on my healthy foods.

ME TOO! I practically live in them now. The other day I tried on a bunch of clothes and the only stuff I was comfortable in were the workout clothes. haha I just bought 2 cute workout tees for $2 each and a ridiculously cute workout top with the back cut out with little frills for $7.50. I can't help myself.

Cottage Cheese = amazing! 80 calories 12 g of protein & delicious! Nuts are always a good choice. Protein bars travel well too.

My favorite oatmeal to make is peanut butter oatmeal. It's not THE HEALTHIEST oatmeal around but OMG sooo good. 1/2 cup quick oats, 1/2 cup water 2 tbsp. peanut butter and 3 tsp sugar. Mix it up real good and voila! 2 minutes later you're in heaven. :) P.S. It's no good without the sugar. You must indulge. :P

Maybe you killed your metabolism with the restricting and you're body's holding on to those calories for dear life. Try exercising more and then you can eat more. :)
