I don't think it's possible to spot reduce knees. I know I always had fat knees and now they're all knobby so maybe if you lose the last bit of weight you wanted to they'll magically be perfect. :)

this same exact crap happens to me. when I was 180 I was picked on daily. when I was 155, still chubby, the same ones who picked on me told me I was too thin. I love it when they see me now at 133 pounds. Victory!

Nope, you broke it. The body can lose up to 2 pounds a week of fat without losing muscle. It's like nobody on this site actually wants to lose weight.

Everyone says you're supposed to eat them back but if you don't, then you'll lose almost an extra pound of fat per week. I usually don't eat them back unless I'm hungry. If you do eat them back, you'll still lose but way less.

try eating the same but doing your exercise full throttle. you have to eat healthy in order to feel good but you can always jack up your exercise a bunch. also maybe try instead of 1 pound per week loss, 2 pounds per week. it's the max healthy loss. that's a deficit of 1000 calories per day and you can eat at your bmr if…
