Going to Planet Fitness. Gonna spend 30 mins on each of the cardio machines so about 2 hours of biking, ellypticalling, arc trainer machine thingy-ing, and incline walking.

Maybe if you work out early in the morning and drink lots of water you won't feel the need to eat as much.

I usually never even think of binging on days where I've already kicked butt in the gym. The key is to get a good workout in early so that you aren't tempted to ruin the day and the progress you've already made.

I know that I'm not fat anymore. I see myself as normal. I don't see myself as thin although others say they do. I live with a fear of becoming that fat me again.

Not necessarily a cheat day but every three days of awesomeness I take one off with no exercise and eat enough so that I feel nourished. On the days that I don't exercise I don't really like to eat bad because then I feel like crap the next day.

That's never happened at my planet fitness. There's tons of fit and built people and I've never heard anyone bash them.

I go to Planet Fitness. There's nothing wrong with it. It's a cheap place to get in shape without worrying about people judging you because literally every body type I've seen there. You should definitely join. There are about 90 cardio machines and tons of strength training equipment. Basically a whole half of the gym is…

I'm the same height. BMIs say that you should weigh anywhere from 117 to 155. Depends on your frame though. Also on your body fat percentage. For me at this height I look good at 130. I really wouldn't be able to tell without looking at you if you need to gain weight at all but you do have a very underweight BMI.

In my opinion both fat and muscles are normal.

People should not take offense so easily. Some people think muscles are gross just like some people think fat is gross.
