Possibly, yes, but eating when I'm not hungry sometimes brings it out too. I definitely don't have the healthiest relationship with food, but I do normally eat good, no problem. It wouldn't be considered bad to eat lighter for a few days, though, would it? So long as I return to normal?

I'm working on stick to 1200 calories until at least Valentine's Day, then I might up it. Add me if you wanna. :smile:

I like to mix it up. Sometimes I'll have a bowl of cereal, sometimes oatmeal, sometimes a broccoli cheese omelette and some turkey sausage. Always, always tea though. <3

No, its not that. I have health insurance and everything. I just really really really hate my doctor. She called me fat when I was at a healthy weight and I don't want to have to deal with her again.

I love seeing how committed you are to your diet. That's great. But you do need to eat more. :)

UPDATE: No, I haven't gone to see a doctor. But I tried some experiments at the gym and so far I think I might be able to control the dizzy spells. I've been making sure to eat immediately before the workouts and immediately after. When I start to get dizzy I refuse to think about my dizziness and slow down and it goes…

At the moment I'm not even concerned with losing weight. I just want to be able to at least maintain until I can exercise for more than 5 minutes without getting dizzy.

Thanks. I will try it. I just have no clue what the right amounts of food are and now when I exercise I have no clue what to do without getting dizzy. :-/

Well I haven't been keeping track of them for a few months but I would roughly estimate that I eat 1500-2500 depending on the day and haven't been able to knock out a killer workout in about 3 months.

Yeah, I used to try for that but I haven't in about 3 months because of the scariness that's been happening at the gym.

What does a stress test show the doctors about my health?

Actually for a few months now I've been eating a lot more than I should but I haven't gained any weight, which is odd. I've been very hungry lately. I never work out without eating and I always drink water before, during and after I work out.
