AMAZING job, OP. I love this because my husband and I have just started doing Crossfit (and it's killing me) but I'm super excited. Congrats!!

This is great progress. This makes me more motivated for my Crossfit workouts. It's definitely hard but very encouraging to see your success!

This girl is going to say not in a million years are you eating enough to maintain your excellent progress. Are you are being inaccurate in your tracking or are you truly eating less than 1,000 calories most days?

    I workout everyday

I eat lost of chicken , fish , protein ( i cut all the bad stuff out)

every thing is plain (i eat about 3-4 chickens chicken breast or fish )

Are you really only eating 800ish calories daily???

When you reach your goal weight, what is your plan from there?

I'm not going to derail this by getting into calorie counts, but you should look at it a little more closely.

Just in to say....AWESOME! I love CrossFit and I know how good it feels to accomplish certain moves and see muscles where you couldn't see them before. Keep up the good work!

Even on the days where you logged 800 or less???

That seems kind of risky, IMHO. Unless, as she suggested, it is inaccurate.
  • You look fantastic well done! all your hard work and effort has paid off congratulations!

You are so right when you said never give up no matter what!! Love it

Congratulations! I've been looking into Crossfit and will probably go that route as well. Did you start CF from the beginning when you were at you're heaviest or did you lose a few pounds before you got started? I'm looking at a similar amount of weight to lose so thanks for the post and inspiration.

You look fantastic, I've been considering giving cross fit a try myself since I've heard such amazing things about the results.

Questions for you if you don't mind.

    * How time consuming is cross fit? (how many hours a day, how many days a week)

    * If I'm someone who can't do a push-up or lift more than a bare bench press bar without struggling, is it something I can reasonably do?

    * How much does getting started cost, and do you have to find a trainer to do it?

    * What advise do you have for someone who is considering starting?

I think you've really done well. I just wonder tho, about the 600-900 cal day? Really? Is this a short-term cut to get yourself more buff?
