Made this in my crockpot with a few modifications. My scale is broken so I haven't weighed in for a few weeks. I definitely notice a difference in clothes fitting, and really that's what matters to me. I do like seeing my ticker move though :)

Mine is 140, but I have a pear body shape so I am not sure what 140 will look like now :) Before I had my kids I was 140, and the only difference between then and now is a larger booty and thighs, and a bit more around the middle. I am just eating healthy, exercising, and I will see where I end up.
