  • People should be allowed to log what they want as exercise. The purpose of this site is to help us keep track of our meals and exercise to aid in our fitness management. Why does anyone care how other people manage their own fitness?
  • It sounds like your body might be going into starvation mode. Try uping your calorie intake slightly for a few days and see if you feel better.
  • Set a limit before you start drinking. If you only want to drink 2 beers. set those 2 beers aside from the rest. And slowly sip them. This way even if you go for a 3rd, you have stopped yourself from drinking 4. Every little bit helps.

  • I weigh with clothing because i do it at work in the medical office. I take off my shoes and i do it the same time of day after relieving myself.

  • I drink a hot tea, without milk or sugar and an english muffin with a little jam. That's only 150 calories and it raises my blood sugar level and the hot tea warms my belly. I feel it's only a few calories and it helps me to not be too greedy at lunch time.
