  • Thank you! I do feel very proud of myself. I do think with addictions that you will never succeed until you yourself are ready. My doctor tried to get me to stop for a few years but I just wasn't ready. When I finally was my detox went quite smoothly and I now concentrate on being healthy rather than my alcohol obsession.

  • Absolutely YES! I tend to plan my food the day before depending on what I have in the fridge. That way I reduce the risk of snacking or choosing badly.

  • I can't really help as I haven't tinkered with my settings, I just try to eat 1,200 cals net, not much fat or refined carbs and lots of fibre. I'd say give your settings a go and see how it works out, you can always tinker again.

  • Not sure about citrus fruits but if you juice watermelon do a little shot of juice from the peel as well. It doesn't taste great but is packed full of nutrients. I drink the shot followed by the much more pleasurable juice from the flesh.
