There are these cookies I have found at several different grocery stores now called WhoNu? and they taste EXACTLY like Oreos but they have been loaded with protein and fiber and vitamins! 3 are 150 calories and I sometimes will have 3 with my lunch as a dessert. Very good and satisfies my sweet tooth!

I cooked the quinoa first and set it aside. Then I browned some lean ground turkey and added some taco seasoning. Then I added some no salt added kernel corn and diced tomatoes. After they cooked up a few minutes I added the quinoa to the dish and it was awesome!!

Those were for a challenge in Nerd Wars! They are very cool! I started out crocheting as a kid so I am much faster at it BUT my knitting is better I think. It probably wouldn't be too hard to make those patterns for knitting.....

Anyone remember the 80's TV show Beauty and the Beast? With Linda Hamilton. They have it on Netflix, only some of the episodes :grumble: but George R.R. Martin worked on the show and he is in one of the episodes! It was fun to watch them after not seeing them for so long. Plus I :heart: Vincent!

We are going to the local Japanese Steakhouse. I figured if we see it all cooked fresh it has to be better than anything processed or fast food. I am going to log what I eat tomorrow but I am not going to stress about it too much.

I think it is always best to surround yourself with people that support you in a healthy way. In real life and on the internet. So if they are not willing to make healthy decisions then you can to make a healthy one and unfriend them. You don't have to hate them or say anything mean but you need all the help and support…

Adding baking soda to your shampoo just before putting it into your hair will help too. Or putting tomato paste in your hair and leave it on for 30 min them rinse. :) And congrats on the hard work!!!!! You are a true inspiration!!!

I am enjoying making a shake with Jillian Michael's whey protein powder. I slice up a banana the night before and freeze it. I put it and the powder and some milk or water in a blender and it tastes great! So far I have only tried her Vanilla cream flavor but I am getting some of the chocolate next time!

Are you eating enough? I find I get sluggish if I don't eat at least some of my exercise cals back. If you are not getting enough calories your body will not have the energy!

I am eating my exercise cals back too! I never understood before how was able to get so fat when I barely ate anything ever! Well now I know and after actually feeding my body for 3 weeks I feel great!!! My clothes are already fitting better and I have so much more energy!

Also having a ceramic interior pan means IF you have to use anything you need MUCH less!
