My 30DS results

Maybe not as dramatic as other peoples..this is my journey. I'm just starting out and have long ways to go. Here are the pics.

Starting weight: 143lb
Weight now: 138lb

2 inches lost from bust
1 inch lost under bustline
2.25 lost from waist
2 inch lost from belly
0 inch lost from hip
1 inch gained in thighs (WTF?)

Total inch loss 7.25

    GREAT GREAT GREAT JOB! :) (My guess on the thighs thing would be *measurement error*. lol. I'm always messing up and measuring different spots.)

    Maybe you built muscle on your thighs but didn't lose any fat from them. Either way, I see a big difference and you look awesome. Every time I see something like that I'm even more determined to start the 30DS again.

    Awesome results! I feel like surviving 30DS is an accomplishment in itself!
