You should start to lose some weight just by reducing your intake to 1200. Adding some light exercise, however minor, will boost this.

Sorry to hijack a thread but can someone explain to me this 'eating back your exercise calories' please? I have a BMR of 2276, and tend to do between 600-800 calories a day exercise wise.
