Half a egg salad sandwhich, cheese cubes, and a piece of salami. Really lacking veggies today.

Vegetables. There is a load of veggies that are low carb. They incorporate that with their high fat.

Cheddar, the sharper the better! Boursin cheese - it is a cheese spread but OMG. yum.

60 is basically what I need to lose. I get very motivated for a few days, and then it fizzles. Maybe checking in with others will help me out.

I have only had it mixed with water and it is nasty. However, I may try some ideas on here to add it to baking, or greek yogurt etc.

I was over my calories by 50 calories yesterday, and I had one of those new unreal (unjunked) snack size candy bars. I give up now. Why do I even bother? I might as well just not work out tonight cause I basically suck. This thread is so ridiculous.
