I tend to use protein shakes for post workout. I use 2 scoops and also add 2 Tbls of Pb2 powder and use unsweetened almond milk. Sometimes I eat only that for breakfast if I am in a hurry. Throw in a bannana or some oatmeal for carbs and you're good to go. Maybe not as convenient as your solution, but it is probably…
